Guideline for oral presentation
To prepare your presentation:
– Official language is English.
– For all oral presenters, you are recommended to upload your presentation file that would be power point file to computer (Laptop) which will be available in each room before your session starts.
– For Mac users, please change the presentation files to a Windows-based platform or contact our staff in advance for any assistance.
Presentation period:
– Invited presentation: total of 30 minutes will be allocated for each invited presentation including 20-25 minutes of presentation and 5-10 minutes of question/discussion.
– Contributed oral presentation: total of 15 minutes will be allocated for each oral presentation including 12 minutes of presentation and 3 minutes of question/discussion.
– Online invited and contributed oral presentation: Limited to 15 minutes, including question time. The presentation will be fully on-line via Zoom Meeting Application. Please be sure that you have this application installed in your notebook/desktop computers and stand by (log in Zoom account) at your presentation room at least 15 minutes before the session starts.
Guideline for poster presentation
To prepare your poster:
– Poster size should not exceed 90 cm x 120 cm (A0 size is recommended).
– All necessary accessories for posting will be available.
– Please find your poster number (for example, OEM-PO01) appeared in abstract book that will be posted on the top of displaying board and place your poster on the board provided.
– All posters must be posted on both Poster session I (5 August 2022 @17:00-18:30) and Poster session II (6 August 2022 @09:00-10:30).
– Content in poster should be written in English, easily observed and correlated to the abstract.
– Authors are expected to be at their posters during both poster session I and II to present their work and discuss with others.
Online poster presentation:
– The poster presentation must be made in the form of PowerPoint slides and presented as an oral presentation for 8 minutes including Q&A in poster session II (6 August 2022 @09:00-10:30).
– The presentation will be fully on-line via Zoom Meeting Application. Please be sure that you have this application installed in your notebook/desktop computers and stand by (log in Zoom account) at your presentation room at least 15 minutes before the session starts.

– Presentation time I: August 5, 2022, 17:00-18:30
– Presentation time II: August 6, 2022, 09:15-10:30
– Removal time: August 6, 2022, After 10:30
Oral and Poster Award:
– Oral and poster awards will be selected.
